This website belongs to Michael Kunselman. I built this site at NO COST to tax payers, so our residents can see what's going on in our community. Michele Cogley was charging 600.00 a year to provide our residents a website. West Kittanning Boro, nor Council, has nothing to do with this site or what is posted.
Back in November of 2017, Paula Henry found my picture offensive, the picture above of me smiling. NOT a fucking council member had a problem with her attack, as most of these council members are FUCKING BULLIES.... WELL IT'S TIME TO POST SOMETHING MORE TO YOUR LIKINGS AND HOPEFULLY THIS IS LESS OFFENSIVE TO YOU AND IF NOT FUCK YOU.
I was citied for having bummers placed on my sidewalks, to keep people from parking on them. Henry Moore and Robert Bower gave me permission to place these. Paula Henry made such a fuss about these and persuaded council to vote and have the solicitor send me a letter.
NOT GUILTY
It's been a whole year already, but I want to inform the residents of the bullshit I went through over my sidewalks. I got approval outside of council from Henry Mores & Bob Bower. I made sure I did NOT do anything wrong as they gave me permission to place bummers on my sidewalks to keep cars from parking on them. Well Paula Henry was NOT happy about it and 6 months later I was cited. July 2020 I was found NOT GUILTY. Just letting you know what a TWISTED SICK PERSON SHE IS, "PAULA HENRY," persuaded Vince Cappo to argue in court that my sidewalks are not ADA compliant as a resident in the community uses my sidewalks who is in a wheelchair. Well my gosh, Paula's son is in a wheelchair that lives 1 block up from my rental on the otherside of the street. SICK... SICK SICK I pointed out, the boro better update their sidewalks as it's NOT ADA compliant. I got a message for you Paula Henry... You will always remember me especially on October 17, as it's my Birthday
